WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award up to 10 mandatory grants for a conference to provide young Pacific leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to become leaders in the region's economic and civic development.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $250,000. The agency said the grant was associated with regional development.
The funding is open to not for profits organizations or universities . . .
