WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 3253) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to provide authority to add additional vaccines to the list of taxable vaccines."
The bill was introduced on July 19 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., and Bill Cassidy, R-La. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
