WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 3252) to "modify requirements relating to reservation of funds for failure to enact or enforce open container laws and repeat intoxicated driver laws."
The bill was introduced on July 19. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
