WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 3249) to amend title 28, U.S. Code, "to modify the amount in controversy requirement and remove the complete diversity requirement."
The bill was introduced on July 19. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
