WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. Tina Smith, D-Minn., has introduced legislation (S. 3235) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to establish a presumption of service-connection for certain veterans with tinnitus or hearing loss."
The bill was introduced on July 18. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
