WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 3232) to amend the Communications Act of 1934 and title 17, U.S. Code, "to provide greater access to in-State television broadcast programming for cable and satellite subscribers in certain counties."
The bill was introduced on July 18. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
