WASHINGTON, July 19 -- Sen. Todd Young, R-Ind., has introduced legislation (S. 3221) to "provide for an additional nondiscrimination safe harbor for automatic contribution arrangements."
The bill was introduced on July 17 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Cory Booker, D-N.J., Tom Cotton, R-Ark., and Heidi Heitkamp, D-N.D. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
