WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 3208) to "provide agencies with discretion in securing information technology and information systems."
The bill was introduced on July 12. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
