WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 3082) to "promote registered apprenticeships and other work-based learning opportunities for small and medium- sized businesses within in-demand industry sectors, through the establishment and support of eligible partnerships."
The bill was introduced on June 18. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
