WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Sen. Gary Peters, D-Mich., has introduced legislation (S. 3081) to "identify and develop best practices for the training of elementary and secondary school counselors regarding career counseling."
The bill was introduced on June 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Todd Young, R-Ind. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
