WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 3078) to amend the Communications Act of 1934 "to clarify the prohibitions on making robocalls."
The bill was introduced on June 18. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
