WASHINGTON, June 20 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration announced that it expects to award up to two discretionary grants for ensuring continued access to affordable, quality primary health care services in Chicago, Illinois, and Toledo, Ohio.
