WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Sen. Tina Smith, D-Minn., has introduced legislation (S. 2885) to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 "to require additional disclosure for pharmaceutical companies."
The bill was introduced on May 17. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
