WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Del., has introduced legislation (S. 2858) to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 "to require the establishment of a small business voucher program."
The bill was introduced on May 16 and was co-sponsored by Sens. James Risch, R-Idaho, Tina Smith, D-Minn., and Cory Gardner, R-Colo. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
