WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 2856) to "reform the requirements regarding the safety and security of families living in public and federally assisted housing in high-crime areas."
The bill was introduced on May 16. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
