WASHINGTON, May 17 -- Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (S. 2848) to improve Department of Transportation controlled substances and alcohol testing.

The bill was introduced on May 15. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
