WASHINGTON, May 17 -- Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 2845) to "provide collective bargaining rights for public safety officers employed by States or their political subdivisions."
The bill was introduced on May 15. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
