WASHINGTON, May 17 -- Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (S. 2844) to "require the Surface Transportation Board to implement certain recommendations of the Inspector General of the Department of Transportation."
The bill was introduced on May 15. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
