WASHINGTON, May 17 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 2842) to prohibit the marketing of bogus opioid treatment programs or products.
The bill was introduced on May 15 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
