WASHINGTON, May 17 -- Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., has introduced legislation (S. 2838) to amend the Controlled Substances Act "to require the Drug Enforcement Administration to report certain information on distribution of opioids."
The bill was introduced on May 15 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., and Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
