IRS CYBERSECURITY: The House has passed the 21st Century Internal Revenue Service Act. The bill would require the IRS to take an array of measures to ensure cybersecurity for its systems and protect the identity of taxpayers as they file their returns with the IRS. The vote was 414 yeas to 3 nays.
