WASHINGTON, April 18 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Community Living announced that it expects to award up to five cooperative agreements for the development of living well-model approaches for enhancing the quality, effectiveness and monitoring of home and community based services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
