WASHINGTON, March 18 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that it expects to award up to two cooperative agreements for the enhancement of population access to comprehensive HIV and AIDS services in order to achieve epidemic control in Congo.
