WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill., has introduced legislation (S. 2565) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide child care assistance to veterans receiving certain training or vocational rehabilitation."
The bill was introduced on March 15 and has seven co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Mazie K. Hirono, D-Hawaii, Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., Margaret Wood Hassan . . .
