WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., has introduced legislation (S. 2564) to amend title 11, U.S. Code, "to promote the investigation of fraudulent claims against certain trusts, to amend title 18, United States Code, to provide penalties against fraudulent claims against certain trusts."
The bill was introduced on March 15 and was co-sponsored by Sens. John Cornyn, R-Texas, and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
