WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., has introduced legislation (S. 2561) to "authorize the Attorney General to suspend a controlled substances registration if there is a likelihood of a threat of diversion of a controlled substance."
The bill was introduced on March 15 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
