WASHINGTON, March 13 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the federal court decisions that pertain to the improper withholding of Freedom of Information Act records. The report (GAO-18-235R) is titled "Freedom of Information Act: Federal Court Decisions Have Not Required the Office of Special Counsel to Initiate Disciplinary Actions for the Improper Withholding of Records".
