WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., has introduced legislation (S. 2434) to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act "to reauthorize user fee programs relating to new animal drugs and generic new animal drugs."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 15. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
