WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 -- Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 2428) to amend the Commodity Exchange Act "to exempt certain small entities dealing in foreign exchange that serve small- and medium-sized businesses from certain capital and margin requirements."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 14. It was referred to the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee.
