WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Del., has introduced legislation (S. 2419) to amend the Small Business Act "to improve the technical and business assistance services under the SBIR and STTR programs."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 13 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Cory Gardner, R-Colo. It was referred to the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee.
