WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 -- Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., has introduced legislation (S. 2312) to "provide a moratorium on registration of new non-rural section 340B hospitals and associated sites."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 16. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
