WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the information on Food and Drug Administration's implementation of the least burdensome requirements in its medical device review process. The report (GAO-18-140) is titled "FDA Medical Device Reviews: Evaluation is Needed to Assure Requests for Additional Information Follow a Least Burdensome Approach".
