WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration announced that it intends to award up to 120 discretionary grants for the prevention and reduction of substance use among youth.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $15 million with a ceiling of $125,000 for each award in the program.
