WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for avian surveys in order to determine the best grass height that would support birds at the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in Trenton, New Jersey.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $33,429.
