WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a $126,896 cooperative agreement to the Florida Three Rivers Resource Conservation and Development Council for the eradication of invasive species at the Joint Base Charleston in South Carolina.
