WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a mandatory grant for for the development and implementation of state programs for the benefit of wildlife and their habitats, including species that are not hunted or fished.
