WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The Environmental Protection Agency announced that it intends to award up to four discretionary grants for environmental education projects in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $300,000 with a ceiling of $100,000 for each award in the program.
