WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation announced that it intends to award up to six discretionary grants for the California Bay-Delta Restoration Program that aims to improve ecosystem health including protection of endangered and threatened species through water use efficiency and conservation.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $3 million with a ceiling of $750,000 for each award in the program.
