WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Federal Bureau of Prisons' use of retention incentives. The report (GAO-18-147) is titled "Bureau of Prisons: Better Planning and Evaluation Could Help Ensure Effective Use of Retention Incentives".
