WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The National Science Foundation announced that it intends to award up to three discretionary grants for the enhancement of U.S. leadership in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics discoveries and innovations.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $8.5 million. The agency said the grant was associated with science and technology and other research and development.
