WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that it intends to award up to four discretionary grants for research on prevention of opioid overdose.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $6 million with a ceiling of $500,000 for each award in the program.
