WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Sen. Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., has introduced legislation (S. 2235) to "establish a tiered hiring preference for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
