WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 2230) to "require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to improve services for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, D-N.D. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
