WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- The U.S. Department of State's U.S. Mission to Cote d' Ivoire announced that it intends to award up to 150 discretionary grants for small community projects to improve basic economic and social conditions in local communities and support high impact and quick implementation activities that benefit a large number of people.
