WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- The National Republican Congressional Committee issued the following news release:

I'll put it simply - Dave Loebsack does not belong in Congress.

Let's just say that his legislative record as of late is...less than stellar. His latest act of public service was voting against keeping kids healthy.

Last week, he voted NO on the Healthy Kids Act of 2017 - which would have reauthorized the CHIP program.
