Pennsylvania Democrat Governor Tom Wolf's popularity is reaching new lows as his state's fiscal condition continues to worsen under his watch.

After Pennsylvania went broke for the first time in its history, Standard & Poor's downgraded Pennsylvania's credit rating this week, bringing it down to among the bottom five worst in the nation.
