Democratic National Committee Issues Statement on Dream Act

WASHINGTON, July 21 -- The Democratic National Committee issued the following statement by Chair Tom Perez following the announcement by Sens. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., to introduce a new version of the Dream Act that would protect President Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients:
