Accreditation Extended for WIU Social Work Program

MACOMB, Ill., July 21 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:

The Commission on Accreditation (COA) has extended the accreditation of Western Illinois University's undergraduate social work program for another eight years, until June 2024.

The accreditation was approved at the COA's June meeting.

The WIU program is part of the WIU Department of Health Sciences and Social Work.
