Chickasaw Nation Assists With 2016 Tax Filing

ADA, Okla., Feb. 17 -- The Chickasaw Nation, a federally-recognized Native American tribe, issued the following news release:

The Chickasaw Nation is offering tax preparation assistance to the public at no charge for individuals and families who earned less than $54,000 in 2016. The service is offered on a walk-in basis.

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program will be available until April 13 at locations in Ada, Norman, Oklahoma City, Ardmore and Thacker . . .
