WASHINGTON, April 23 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana issued the following news release:

The United States Attorney's Office announced that during a federal court session in Billings, on April 18, 2013, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Carolyn S. Ostby, the following individual was arraigned:

CARL CHESTER ALDEN, JR., a 23-year-old resident of Crow Agency, appeared on charges of involuntary manslaughter and (2) counts of assault resulting in serious bodil . . .
